Self Contained Events Centre catering for up to 950 delegates in theatre style - 905m2 in size. The Great Room can be divided into three sections depending on your requirements and is fully air conditioned with a purpose built stage area and built-in Bar. AV Equipment in The Great Room includes a Projector & Sound System. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout The Great Room. Capacities - Banquet 650 pax, Theatre 950 pax, Boardroom 100 pax

The Auditorium

With comfortable fixed seating for 225 people in sloping theatre style, The Auditorium is a very impressive space offering unobstructed views of the speaker and main screen. This room is equipped with state-of-the-art data projector, screen and sound system. At the rear of the room there is a separate sound room if required and wooden shutters provide excellent and tasteful blackout facilities, which can easily be opened for question and answer sessions. State of the art AV equipment including Projector and sound system.
The Light Foyer

The Light Foyer

The foyer was designed as an impressive and spacious receiving room to the conference centre. Floor-to-ceiling walls of windows curve graciously up to high vaulted ceilings, flooding the entire area with natural light. Guests can enjoy views over the hotel gardens and fountains, with glass doors leading directly onto the lawn. Covering 243 square metres, this area provides great flexibility, with plenty of room for exhibitions, as well as refreshments for delegates as they mingle and network during break times.

The Great Room Bar Foyer

The bright, airy feeling of the foyer continues into the lobby, where natural daylight gives the area a bright and fresh atmosphere. Providing another spacious location for registrations or exhibitions, this 255 square metre area also incorporates a bar. High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout. The Great Room Bar Foyer also links to The Auditorium and the Great Room.

The Great Southern Killarney meeting room capacities range from 5 to 950 delegates offering a wide range of adaptable room layout styles to perfectly suit your business requirements and preference. Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel helps you to work smarter and quicker and allows you to concentrate on doing business.

For a board meeting or break out sessions during your conference, the hotel has 4 dedicated meeting rooms adjacent to the Business Centre in the main hotel building, namely the Victorian Room and Writers Room. Boardrooms are easily linked to the Conference Centre through a fully enclosed glass hallway. All three meeting rooms are designed for comfort, with air-conditioning, audio visual aids and Wi-Fi access.
