Yes, you can have a choice from our range of elaborate table centrepieces. Please talk to a member of our Wedding team for more details.

Yes and are complimentary. We provide a choice of ivory, light silver or black chair covers with either ivory, gold, black or purple sashes.
Couples can use the sweet cart complimentary. Any sweets required for stocking the sweet cart will need to be provided by the wedding couple.
The hotel has a post box & the couples can use it free of charge
Yes there is a complimentary wedding tasting for the wedding couple with our Lace & Silk packages. The wedding tasting is normally done 2-3 months prior to the wedding
Yes there is a set selection of 4 wines – 2 white and 2 red to choose from. Should you wish to upgrade your wine offering we have an additional wine list for you to choose from which would be at an additional cost.
Yes, we can offer reduced accommodation rates for wedding guests. (A limited number of rooms apply)
Yes, the wedding suite is complimentary for the wedding couple. (Dependent on package)
Yes of course and we are quite fortunate to have 6 acres of mature gardens, perfect for wedding receptions and outdoor civil ceremonies, weather permitting.
If you have a bar extension included in your Wedding Package, amplified music must finish at 2.30am.
The bar in The Great Room closes at 2:30am and residents bar is open until 4am if a late bar extension is included in your package. 
Yes we provide complimentary access to the award winning wedding planning service Moposa.
Parking is complimentary on the day of the wedding. We request that each car driver gives the registration of their vehicle to reception.
Yes, we can set up table/chairs, dvds, colouring books etc. during drinks reception and also arrange baby sitters if required.
We have a dedicated Wedding team and also Duty Managers who will be here to assist you with everything for your wedding up to and including your wedding day.

Yes and it is placed on the steps that lead to the main entrance door providing great photo opportunity moments.
We have a stage for the band and the dance floor is at the stage end of the ballroom. In general only a small number of tables have to be moved after dinner to clear for the dance floor.

There will be a safe in your room for cards etc. and to also store gifts.
Yes we can store all these items for you.
All alcohol consumed on-site is to be provided by the Great Southern. Please let us know if there is anything in particular you are hoping to serve to your guests and we would be happy to discuss.
