Named in honour of the architect who designed the Great Southern, Fredericks is our newest private hosting space for 20-80 guests, ideal for pre- and post-wedding parties, christenings and retirement celebrations. Fredericks offers use of a private bar, dining space and outside sunken garden area, perfect for entertaining, live music and outdoor dining for you and your guests.
