If you are looking for a more formal dining experience enjoy a 4 course Table D'hote menu in The Garden Room Restaurant where local cuisine is combine with international flavours and all served beneath the Gold Gilded domed ceiling. During your stay at Great Southern enjoy the time honoured tradition of Afternoon Tea in one of our Victorian Dining Rooms. For our Junior Guests we also have a dedicated Children's Afternoon Tea. The Wine Rooms at Great Southern is home to an enomatic wine dispensing system. Purchase a pre-paid card and choose from a taster, half glass or full glass from 4 White Wines and 4 Red Wines. Wine tasting accompanied by delicious sharing platters of cheeses, charcuterie, tapenades & crusty breads  can be pre-arranged with our in-house Sommelier, Massimo Mirable.
